This document must not be used in any way, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 5 Repeat flushing max 2 times, if contamination remains, a component is generating pollution; replace transmission Go to step 6 6 If oil is not contaminated, but DTC persists, check gasket between HCU and clutch housing, if broken/defect; Replace gasket, clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. Go to step 7 7 If DTC persists, replace the HCU, flash new HCU cooling adaption on tcu and perform CPC adaption, Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. Go to step 8 8 If DTC persists, Check with different TCU if the problem persists (flash the adaption data from the original TCU). If NOK, replace TCU, Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, clear all DTC’s and ensure the following points by referring TCU parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. • Drive the vehicle through all gears in both Automatic and Manual modes. • Ensure no DTC is active and Transmission Fault Lamp is OFF.
