Below table reflects the signals for each solenoid and pressure sensor and range of acceptable resistance. ➢ Disconnect Transmission side 28 pole connector and check below resistance at connector terminal Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 15 (T_VALVE_3_HS) to Pin 26(T_VALVE_3_LS) 3 to 8 ok Internal, External wiring harness and Solenoid Pin 15 (T_VALVE_3_HS) to transmission housing > 100k ok To check external and internal wiring harness Pin 26 (T_VALVE_3_LS ) to transmission housing > 100k ok Internal, External wiring harness and Solenoid ➢ Remove vehicle connector from TCU, Disconnect transmission circular connector and check below resistance at transmission circular connector Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 16 (T_VALVE_3_HS) to transmission housing > 100k ok TCU and External wiring harness Pin 6 (T_VALVE_3_LS ) to transmission housing > 100k ok TCU and External wiring harness • Continuity Check Check continuity between pins/terminals of External and Internal wiring harness connector for specific solenoid and pressure sensor for which the DTC is triggered DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, clear all DTC’s and ensure the following points by referring TCU parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. • Drive the vehicle through all gears in both Automatic and Manual modes. • Ensure no DTC is active and Transmission Fault Lamp is OFF.
