Go to step 7 7 If DTC persists, replace the HCU, flash new HCU cooling adaption on tcu and perform CPC adaption, clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. Go to step 8 8 If DTC persists, Check with different TCU if the problem persists (flash the adaption data from the original TCU). If NOK, replace TCU, Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. • Resistance Check Solenoids , Pressure sensors mounted on HCU should be checked for resistance if there is DTC triggered. Below table reflects the signals for each solenoid and pressure sensor and range of acceptable resistance. ➢ Disconnect 28 pole Transmission side connector (X-201) and check below resistance at (X-201) connector terminal Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 1(T_VALVE_PWR_123) to Pin 28(T_VALVE_5) 3 to 8 ok Internal, External wiring harness and Solenoid Pin 1 (T_VALVE_PWR_123) to transmission housing > 100k ok Internal, External wiring harness and Solenoid Pin 28 (T_VALVE_5) to transmission housing > 100k ok Internal, External wiring harness and Solenoid ➢ Remove vehicle connector from TCU, Disconnect transmission circular connector and check below resistance at transmission circular connector Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 1 (T_VALVE_PWR_123 (X-111,1) to transmission housing > 100k ok TCU and External wiring harness
