Power loss immediately triggered-Gearshift is disabled • Transmission fault lamp ON • Creeping function disabled Lamp Status (If Any) Transmission Fault Lamp ON Service indication 0x1 Fault Detection Condition TCU Flashed with incorrect combination of software & Bootloader. Normal Operating Condition TCU does not detect any fault Probable Trouble Area TCU software Healing Condition The reaction is cleared at SW restart if the detection is FALSE for more than 0 ms Component Details: TCU decides that error is detected, when TCU Flashed with incorrect combination of software & Bootloader data. Preliminary Checks: 1) Check whether the customer voice / view about the issue is matching with the fault effects mentioned above. If yes, go ahead with next steps. If not, check for other DTC’s presence. 2) Check whether similar complaints are earlier reported. If yes, perform the preliminary checks with respect to earlier issue closure. 3) Check Battery voltage. Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. After TCU refresh. Does DTC log again or DTC present? Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. Go to step 2 8 If DTC persists, Check with different TCU if the problem persists (flash the adaption data from the original TCU). Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back.
