Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 8 (T_SENT1) to transmission housing >500k ok External ,Internal wiring harness and Pressure sensor Pin 11 (T_SENT2) to transmission housing >500k ok External ,Internal wiring harness and Pressure sensor Pin 21 (T_HALL_SENT_GND) to transmission housing >500k ok External ,Internal wiring harness and Pressure sensor Pin 13 (T_P5V_SENS_PWR) to transmission housing >500k ok External ,Internal wiring harness and Pressure sensor ➢ Remove vehicle connector from TCU, Disconnect transmission circular connector and check below resistance at transmission circular connector Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 9 (T_SENT1) to transmission housing >500k ok TCU and External wiring harness Pin 11 (T_SENT2) to transmission housing >500k ok TCU and External wiring harness Pin 12 (T_HALL_SENT_GND) to transmission housing >500k ok TCU and External wiring harness Pin 8 (T_P5V_SENS_PWR) to transmission housing >500k ok TCU and External wiring harness • Continuity Check Check continuity between pins/terminals of External and Internal wiring harness connector for specific pressure sensor for which the DTC is triggered. DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, clear all DTC’s and ensure the following points by referring TCU parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. • Drive the vehicle through all gears in both Automatic and Manual modes. • Ensure no DTC is active and Transmission Fault Lamp is OFF.
