Gearshift is disabled. • Transmission fault lamp ON • Creep function is disabled Lamp Status (If Any) Transmission fault lamp ON Service indication 0x1 Fault Detection Condition sensor ID not ok (FFT = 0ms) Normal Operating Condition TCU does not detect any fault Probable Trouble Area 1. TCU. 2. Angle sensor. Healing Condition The reaction is cleared at SW restart if the detection is FALSE for more than 0 ms Component Details: The angle sensor is supplied with a locking pin. This pin is removed in step D.9. The drum should be oriented in such a way that the angle sensor fits onto the drum shaft and the holes overlap with the housing in the correct way before removing the pin. Preliminary Checks: 1) Loose/ Damaged Connections between angle sensor and TCU. 2) Loose/ Damaged mechanical fitments of TCU (TCU to valve body mounting). 3) Check correct fitment of ground cable connections on vehicle chassis. Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1 Was the TCU replaced or new software put on TCU? Check it is recent software. Flash latest software. Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. Go to step 2 2 Was the angle sensor replaced? Make sure to flash latest software on TCU. Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. • Resistance Check ➢ Disconnect transmission side 28 pole connector (X-201) and check below resistance at (X-201) connector terminal Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check
