Power loss immediately triggered- Gearshift is disabled • Transmission fault lamp ON • Creeping function is disabled Lamp Status (If Any) • Transmission fault lamp ON(Service indication 0x1) Fault Detection Condition both clutches are disabled (FFT=500ms) Normal Operating Condition TCU does not detect any fault. Probable Trouble Area 1. TCU. 2. HCU. Healing Condition The reaction is cleared at SW restart Component Details: Clutch actuator 1 & 2 mounted in hydraulic control unit and makes internal electrical contact with the TCU. Preliminary Checks: 1) Loose/ Damaged Connections between clutch actuator and TCU. 2) Loose/ Damaged mechanical fitments of TCU (TCU to valve body mounting). 3) Check correct fitment of ground cable connections on vehicle chassis. Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. replace TCU, flash HCU adaption values from original TCU and perform CPC adaption wth diagnostic tester tool, clear DTC and check if DTC does not come back Go to step 2 2. If DTC persists, place ack the original TCU, and replace HCU, flash HCU adaption values from new TCU and perform CPC adaption wth diagnostic tester tool, clear DTC and check if DTC does not come back • Resistance Check Solenoids, Pressure sensors mounted on HCU should be checked for resistance if there is DTC triggered. Below table reflects the signals for each solenoid and pressure sensor and range of acceptable resistance. ➢ Disconnect transmission side 28 pole connector (X-201) and check below resistance at (X-201) connector terminal
