Power loss immediately triggered • Transmission Fault Lamp ON • Gearshift & creeping function is disabled Lamp Status (If Any) • Transmission Fault Lamp ON(Service indication 0x1) Fault Detection Condition Speed too high (FFT 500ms) Normal Operating Condition TCU does not detected any fault Probable Trouble Area 1. Speed signal. 2. Speed sensor(s). Healing Condition The reaction is cleared at SW restart Component Details: The Speed sensor - pump shaft, Speed sensor - inner shaft(Clutch 2 speed), Speed sensor - outer shaft(clutch speed 1) used in clutch actuation module in order to precisely control the torque transferred by both clutches. Preliminary Checks: 1) Loose/ Damaged Connections between Sensor and TCU. 2) Visually check sensor mounting& Air gap, proper tightening of mounting screws and any visible damage. 3) Check for damage or back out of pins at Clutch speed sensor connector and TCU connector. 4) Check correct fitment of ground cable connections on vehicle chassis. Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. Read speed values from freeze frame, and confirm which speed triggered the issue engine: > 8000 rpm Clu1 > 10000 rpm Clu2 > 10000 rpm differential ring > 10000 rpm Planetary sun speed signed > 30000 rpm.
