Gear Shift lever Healing Condition The reaction is cleared during SW restart if the detection is FALSE Component Details:- The Electrical signals from the Gear shifter will be communicated to TCU, which in turn will control the Gear Engagement, Clutch Engagement, etc. within the DCT. Preliminary Checks:- 1. Check loose fitment of GSL kit. 2. Rectify harness connections as per the circuit schematic 3. Check park switch fitted properly. Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. 1] Check for any loose connection or visible damage/Pin back out on GSL pin no. 5 and 1. 2] Check park switch fitted properly. 3] Check shifter in which park switch fitted properly or park switch working properly while move Shifter. Clear the DTC and check if the DTC does not come back. DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, clear all DTC’s and ensure the following points by referring TCU parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. • Drive the vehicle through all gears in both Automatic and Manual modes. • Ensure no DTC is active and Transmission Fault Lamp is OFF.
