B1657 - 06:- Bad authentication with DCT – Algorithm based failure Overview:- ISO Code (DTC Code) U1657 – 06 Customer Symptom Vehicle will not crank Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle start will not be triggered Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition If authentication with DCT ECU is failed, the FDC counter shall automatically to 7F(127 decimal). Normal Operating Condition 1. IGN ON (Normal CAN communication) Probable Trouble Area Memory failure or DCT not paired Healing Condition If authentication with DCT ECU is successful, the FDC counter shall decrement to 80 (-128 decimal).
