Check Battery Voltage is normal in the range (9v - 16v) 2. Check Fuel lines for Pinch/Cut. 3. Check ECU & Sensor pins for oxidation, bending & damage. 4. Check and ensure Fuel Sensor is giving linear Resistance output w.r.to the Fuel level. 5. Check Sensor resistance on Pin no. J1-11(FLS i/p) & J1-24(FLS Gnd) of the wired connector, whether it is according to the design specifications. Trouble Shooting:- Turn ON Ignition. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool. Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current) Record the DTC & Clear DTC’s Turn Ignition OFF & ON Verify If DTC B1909 -11 is present Is DTC B1909-11 is Present? Check for continuity between Pin No.J1-10(Batt.GND) & J111(FLS input) of ECU side. Connector. Is Continuity Present? FLS input is Short Circuit to Ground. Rectify Fault at wiring Harness & wait for 20sec to recover the fault. Clear the DTC & In low-end variant vehicle check the function of Fuel Bars change on LCD display. & In high-end variant vehicle check the change in fuel level in Fuel bars. Clear the DTC from the ECU memory. Turn Ignition OFF & ON. In low-end variant check the function of Fuel level change on LCD display. & In high-end variant check the change of fuel level in Fuel bars. Stop Stop YES NO YES NO Stop
