Lamp Status (If Any) N.A Fault Detection Condition HU connector is not connected properly or disconnected from its location CAN Stub wire from HU connector side is disconnected HU ECU is not powered up Normal Operating Condition HU ECU communicates properly with TML diagnostic Tool. Probable Trouble Area Disconnection of the HU connector Healing Condition To fix the HU connector correctly and Fix the wiring harness issues from HU side. Trouble Shooting:- Start Read IVN DTCs in IPC If MTO logged against HU in current state? No (In history) Check continuity between HU CAN_H (36 PIN ISO connector - A pin no.2 ) to IPC CAN_H(pin no.6 ) and HU CAN_L (36 PIN ISO connector - A pin no.5 ) to IPC CAN_L(pin no. 5) in vehicle wiring side connector. Is continuity there? Repair the wiring harness Clear DTC Stop Check Ignition (36 PIN ISO connector - A pin no.5), Battery (36 PIN ISO connector - A pin no.7) and Ground (36 PIN ISO connector - A pin no.8. ) of HU is properly connected or not. Also check fuse blown ( fuse-15A ) Do necessary repair in the harness Yes Yes No U130B-08 Loss of communication with Head Unit(HU)
