Preliminary Checks: - 1. Check Battery Voltage is normal in the range (9v - 16v) 2. Check Fuel lines for Pinch/Cut. 3. Check ECU & Sensor pins for oxidation, bending & damage. 4. Check and ensure Fuel Sensor is giving linear Resistance output w.r.to the Fuel level. 5. Check Sensor resistance on Pin no. J1-11 (FLS i/p) & J1-13 (FLS Gnd) of the wired connector, whether it is according to the design specifications.
