Author: ERC Page: 42 of 301 Normal Operating Condition With the Mode motor drive line connected to the harness and with Ignition ON, check the voltage between blue connector pin no 5& ground or 21& ground of the Connector. The voltage range should be in between 0 to 14 V Probable Trouble Area Motor drive line is shorted to ground Healing Condition NA Component Details: The Mode Door Actuator controls the direction of airflow. It selects which way air flows through the different ducts. Preliminary Checks: Switch On the IGN & perform the following check. 1) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code 2) Read ECU parameter value Target Position of Mode Door Flap and Air Distribution Mode Door flap Position (Internal Value)for actual and target position of Actuator Trouble Shooting:-
