Author: ERC Page: 90 of 301 Inspection Method: - 1) If there is no continuity between the Blower control circuit & ECU connector then correct the wiring harness B1F1F-11:- Driver Side Air Temperature Feedback Signal - Circuit Short To Ground; ISO Code B1F1F – 11 Customer Symptom System is less responsive to user control and environmental conditions Fault Effects (On Vehicle) 1) If Motor learning is in process, end stops will not be learnt properly 2) Motor will not be positioned accurately 3) Cooling and Heating will not be accurate Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition Driver Side Air Temperature Feedback Signal - Circuit short to Ground Normal Operating Condition With the Driver side Temperature feedback line connected to the harness and with Ignition ON, checks the voltage between blue connector pin no 10& ground of the Connector. The voltage range should be in between 1.3 to 3.89 V Probable Trouble Area 1) Motor connector is not connected firmly (open) 2) Motor feedback line short to Ground Healing Condition NA Component Details: The actuator controls the position of the Driver side temperature blend door based on the voltage signal from the FATC module. Potentiometer, inside the actuator, sends a feedback signal to the controller and controller cuts off the voltage signal coming from the controller when the required door position is achieved. Preliminary Checks: Switch On the IGN & perform the following check. 1) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code 2) Read ECU parameter value Target Position of Driver side Temperature Door Flap and Driver side Temperature Door flap Position (Internal Value) for actual and target position of Actuator
