It provides the input to the PSCM system and if no data is available, PSCM functionality will not be available. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check visually steering angle sensor connector and wiring harness to PSCM ECU for any damage/open. In case of damage replace the steering column. 2. Visually check ECU steering angle sensor connector for damage. In case of damage replace the ECU. Trouble Shooting: YES NO YES YES NO 1. Ensure Pin 1 of torque and angle sensor is not open. 2. Ensure Pin 3 of torque and angle sensor is not open. 3. Ensure Pin 1 & Pin 4 of torque and angle sensor is not short. 4. Ensure Pin 4 of torque and angle sensor is not open. 5. Ensure Pin 3 & Pin 1 of torque and angle sensor is not short. 6. Ensure SAS is properly calibrated.
