VERIFY IF DTC C1314-19 IS PRESENT DISCONNECT PSCM ECU POWER SUPPLY CONNECTOR. CHECK VOLTAGE B/W PIN 1 & 2 (C1 & C2) VOLTAGE >= 8.3V AND <= 24V
