Smart phone back cover thickness should not exceed 1mm as it will not halt charging. o Metallic cover may halt the charging function. o Check if Wireless charger is correctly fitted with trim maintaining the gap of <3 from charger surface to anti-skid mat surface and flushness of 0.5mm i.e gap between trim and ECU surface. o No waviness shall be observed on Anti-skid mat surface. After pop up an all-time indication of charging status on HU status bar shall appear.
