Flow Chart: - START Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECU pins 130 & Auto start stop LED lamp indicator continuity between ECU pin 130 & Auto Start Stop LED Lamp indicatorcontinuity between ECU pin 130 & Auto Start Stop LED Lamp Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit diagram It is ok? Replace the connector or wiring harness It is ok? Is there any pin backout from the connector It is ok? Rectify /replace connector It is ok? Fault still persists then Replace the switch Fault still persists then Replace the EMS ECU END Rectify wiring harness Is ESS lamp indicator pin 130 short circuited to ground/Bat It is ok? Is there any pin damage at EMS ECU connector Repair the harness as per the schematic
