Check Rail Pressure and Temperature Sensor Clean the Rust or repair Go to Step 2 2. Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECU pin 225 & sensor pin no. 3. Go to Step 3 Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the Circuit schematic 3. Are there any pins damaged at sensor /EMS ECU Connector Replace the connector of wiring harness Go to step 4 4. Are there any pins backed out from the sensor /EMS ECU Connector Rectify/Replace Connectors Go to Step 5 5 . Are there any faults related to sensor power supply voltages / Check continuity between ECU pins 210, 201 to sensor pins no.4 and 1 resp. Check continuity Go to step 6 6. Check the CNG fuel rail and fuel line Rectify/Replace fuel rail and/or fuel line Go to step 7 7. Check the pressure regulator Replace the regulator Go to step 8 8. Fault Still Persists? Replace sensor and then Fault still persists then Replace EMS ecu Follow the steps again for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation:- Recheck the fault, fault shall not reappear.
