Trouble Shooting:- DTC’s confirmation:- Recheck the fault using TML Diagnostic tool, Fault shall not appear. Circuit Schematic Diagram: Component Location & Image:- Connector View & Information: - Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. Check the LID Switch for any damage Replace LID switch Go to step 2 2. Is there any dirt or Rust on Connector Remove the connector and clean it and refit it tightly Go to Step 3 3. Is the EMS ECU pin nos.117 and 146 are short to Ground or Short to Battery or Open. Rectifying wiring harness connections as per the schematic. Go to Step 4 4. Check the continuity between the EMS ECU pin nos. 117 and 146 to CNG LID pin. Go to step 5 Establish continuity by rectifying wiring harness connections as per the schematic. 5. Fault Still Persists? Fault still persists then Replace EMS ECU Follow the steps again for reconfirmation
