P0093-7A: CNG large leak from Low pressure system Overview: ISO Code P0093-7A Customer Symptom Vehicle will not be able to drive in CNG Mode Fault Effects (On Vehicle) CNG gas will leak from low pressure line Lamp Status (If Any) SIL lamp ON after 1 drive cycle Fault Detection Condition This fault gets logged when Leakage is present in CNG low pressure line and vehicle running in Gasoline mode Normal Operating Condition Vehicle will be able to run as in both fuel mode Probable Trouble Area 1. Leakage in CNG low pressure line, 2. Faulty/hole in rubber hose pipe 3. Loose mechanical fitment of hose pipe 4. Faulty Regulator 5. Faulty Injector 6. Faulty/loose mechanical fitment of common rail Healing Condition Ignition ON and after 1 drive cycles Fault present deletion 1. Clear DTC Command form Scan tool 2. Stack Over Flow. 3. 40 warm up cycles. 4.ECU flashing 5. ECU power fail Component Details: CNG fuel system low pressure line includes Hose pipe from pressure regulator to common rail via CNG low pressure filter. Preliminary Checks: 1.
