Trouble Shooting:- DTC’s confirmation:- Recheck the fault using TML Diagnostic tool, Fault shall not appear. Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1 Check for damage of pins at sensor (PT sensor), actuators (injectors and regulators) connectors and ECU connector Rectify/Replace Connectors Go to Step 2 2 Check the CNG fuel rail, fuel lines and fuel filter Rectify/Replace fuel rail and/or fuel line Go to Step 3 3 Check the pressure regulator Replace the regulator Go to Step 4 4 Check the Rail Pressure and Temperature sensor Replace the PT sensor Go to Step 5 5 Check the CNG injector(s) Replace the PT injector(s) Go to Step 6 6 Fault Still Persists? Empty CNG tank and refill CNG fuel gas and then Fault still persists then Replace EMS ECU Follow the steps again for reconfirmation
