Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1 Check sparkplug(s) Rectify/Replace sparkplugs Go to Step 2 2 Check ignition coil(s) Rectify/Replace ignition coils Go to Step 3 3 Are there any blockage/leakage in injectors Rectify/Replace injectors Go to Step 4 4 Check intake air system Rectify/Replace intake air system Go to Step 5 5 Fault Still Persists? Replace EMS ECU Follow the steps again for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. Recheck the fault with TML diagnostic tool and confirm that fault hasn’t re appear.
