P1E3D-00 : Starter Cutoff due to DMF Low Battery SOC error Overview: ISO Code P1E3D-00 Customer Symptom Vibrations in the vehicle will be felt during the start Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vibrations in the vehicle will be felt during the start and component damage. Lamp Status (If Any) NO Lamp Fault Detection Condition Battery SOC is less than the calibrated threshold. Normal Operating Condition Battery SOC is greater than the calibrated threshold. Probable Trouble Area Low Battery charge condition. Healing Condition Battery charging required Fault permanent deletion 1. Scan tool Service 14. 2. Stack Over Flow. 3. 40 warm up cycles. 4. ECU Flashing. 5. ECU power fail Component Details: NA Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Dual Mass Flywheel. 2. Check for Loose Battery terminals 3. Keep Brake pressed fully and until engine has started completely 4. Check for Loose/Damaged IBS Connector. 5. Check the Battery Voltage and Battery SOC via Midtronics tools. Trouble Shooting:- DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. Recheck the fault with TML diagnostic tool and confirm that fault hasn’t re appear.
