Check Battery Voltage is normal in the range (9v - 16v) 12. Check Fuel lines for Pinch/Cut. 13. Check ECU & Sensor pins for oxidation, bending & damage. 14. Check and ensure Fuel Sensor is giving linear Resistance output w.r.to the Fuel level. 15. Check Sensor resistance on Connector C, Pin no.23 (FLS i/p 1) and Connector C, Pin no 16 (FLS GND) of the wired connector for saddle tank, whether it is according to the design specifications.
