Is dust/mud/any particle is blocking throttle valve? Clean the Actuator and refit it. Go to step 2 2. Is throttle valve stuck closed? Rectify/replace component Go to step 3 3. Are any throttle body related faults present? Rectify them by following their rectification procedure Go to step 4 4 Turn the ignition off and wait for 15 seconds and turn the ignition on then recheck the fault. Fault reappears? Replace Throttle body/actuator Go to step 5 5 If fault persists? Replace EMS ECU Follow the above procedure for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. Pls. perform the Throttle Actuator IO Control test. IF test is successful then the fault rectification is confirmed. Circuit Schematic Diagram:
