4. FRONT CARRIER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL 1. Remove caliper with brake pads from carrier assembly. 2. Remove bolts from knuckle to remove carrier. 3. Remove boot guide rods, guide rod A and guide rod B. 4. Remove pad spring. NOTE Before removal of wheel please ensure 1. Ensure that Vehicle Battery is connected and the 46 pin IVBAC connector is connected to the IVBAC system. 2. Turn ON the vehicle ignition to “READY” state. 3. Plug in Tata Diagnostic Service (TDS) tool and activate “Assembly Mode” on IVBAC. 4. Turn Ignition OFF. 5. Use a pedal blocker to avoid draining of the Reservoir and the IVBAC. BRAKES 49
