4. Assemble the new carrier assembly to the knuckle. Apply recommended torque. Ensure correct fitment. 5. Carefully assemble the inner and outer pad assemblies respectively. Ensure he free back and forth movements of pads. 6. Re-install the caliper in the carrier. 7. Assemble the wheel again. 8. After the end of the repair remove pedal blocker and follow the “IVBAC bleeding procedure”. 9. Deactivate “Assembly Mode”. Adjust proper brake fluid level. 10. NOTE Re-install the caliper in the carrier, screw the banjo bolt (with copper gasket) to the recommended torque, then release the hose clamp, do bleeding operation and check for correct function of the caliper parts, ensure no drag and frictional noise.
