4. Fit the wheels and tighten wheel mounting nuts to specified torque. 5. After the end of the repair, remove pedal blocker and follow the “IVBAC bleeding procedure”. 6. Deactivate “Assembly Mode” using the Tata Diagnostic Service Tool. 7. Run the “EPB Exit Maintenance Mode” followed by “EPB Assembly Check” Routine using the Tata Diagnostic Service (TDS) tool. 8. Ensure proper brake fluid level. G. REAR WHEEL SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL 1. Position the vehicle on two-post lift. 2. Disconnect electrical connector of wheel speed sensor. 3. Remove sensor-mounting screw and remove the wheel speed sensor. INSTALLATION 1. Clean speed sensor and its mounting surface. 2. Route the cable properly. 3. Install the wiring harness connector with wheel speed sensor cable. WARNING Take proper precaution while disconnecting the wheel speed sensor from vehicle wiring harness, by not damaging pins of connector. NOTE Before and after replacing wheel speed sensor, carry out diagnosis of wheel speed sensor. (Refer Trouble-shooting and Diagnosis.) BRAKES 61
