F. EPB MOTOR REMOVAL 1. Ensure that Vehicle Battery is connected and the 46 pin IVBAC connector is connected to the IVBAC system. 2. Turn on the vehicle ignition to “READY” state. 3. Plug in Tata Diagnostic Service (TDS) tool and activate “Assembly Mode” on IVBAC. 4. Using the Tata Diagnostic Service (TDS) tool Run the “EPB Enter Maintenance Mode” routine. 5. Turn Ignition OFF. 6. Use a pedal blocker to avoid draining of the Reservoir and the IVBAC. 7. Position the vehicle on two-post lift and remove rear wheel by removing wheel mounting nuts. 8. Disconnect the electrical connector of EPB motor. 9. Loosen & remove the mounting screws & take out the EPB motor. INSTALLATION 1. Align the EPB motor shaft in the spindle (B) & mount the motor. 2. Tighten the EPB motor mounting screw (A). 3. Connect the electrical connector of EPB motor. BRAKES 60
