INSTALLATION 1. Clean mating faces of hub and new brake disc. 2. Mount brake disc onto hub and tighten two screws to specified torque. 3. Install the caliper assembly to the steering knuckle and tighten two bolts to specified torque. 4. Connect the electrical connector of EPB motor. 5. Fit the wheels and tighten wheel mounting nuts to specified torque. 6. After the end of the repair, remove pedal blocker and follow the “IVBAC bleeding procedure”. 7. Deactivate “Assembly Mode” using the Tata Diagnostic Service Tool. 8. Run the “EPB Exit Maintenance Mode” followed by “EPB Assembly Check” Routine using the Tata Diagnostic Service (TDS) tool.
