V. SUNROOF CHILDPARTS SERVICIABLITY 1. SEAL ACOUSTIC ASM REMOVAL 1. Bring the GPA & Roller Shade ASM should be in open condition. 2. Remove the Acoustic Seal from front center sunroof to Rear LH/RH. ASSEMBLY For Assembly, Follow the reverse procedure of removal. 1. Initialize ROOF ASSY, OUETR SLIDING. (Refer Re-initializing & Teach Procedure) 2. Check the operation for all Glass Assy A positioning. (Tilt up / Down, Open / Close) & Roll blind ASM positioning. (Open / Close/partial open) CAUTION Take care no scratches on sunroof body & its attachment parts while doing attachment or detachment. Do not squeeze & twist seal acoustic. Always use hand gloves. NOTE For attachment first center mark on seal acoustic need align with rib, snaps on cross member A and both guide rail. BODY 15
