6. E-DRIVE ASM RBL REMOVAL 1. Remove the Headlining. (Refer sunroof removal procedure as mentioned above) 2. Remove the wire harness connector snap from E- DRIVE ASM RBL. 3. Remove mounting screws on E-DRIVE ASM RBL. 4. Take out E-Drive ASM RBL. Assembly For Assembly, Follow the reverse procedure of removal. 1. Adjust E-Drive ASM RBL orientation to holes & RB marking on FRAME FUNCTIONAL ASM. 2. No rotation of E-Drive ASM RBL after engaging with cables. 3. Tighten screws on E-Drive ASM RBL with specified torque 3 ± 0.375 N-m. 4. Check WIRING HARNESS ASM connector & E-DRIVE ASM RBL need align without mark on both then assemble it. 5. Initialize ROOF ASSY, OUETR SLIDING. (Refer Re-initializing & Teach Procedure mentioned above) 6. Check the operation for all Glass Assy A (GPA) positioning. (Tilt up / Down, Open / Close) & Roll blind Asm positioning. (Open / Close/partial open) CAUTION WIRING HARNESS ASM connector & E-DRIVE ASM RBL need align without color mark.
