Check continuity using a multi meter across injector pins. Replace injector if found faulty.

Check for faults

P0562, P0563, P0115, P0691, P0692,
P0480, P0693, P0694, P0481, P0201, P0203, P0204,
P0202, P1202, P1203, P1204, P1201, P1256, P1257,
P1258, P1259, P0112, P0113, P0603, P0604, P0605
which will disable SPCS Injector learning
Rectify these faults
by following their
rectification
procedure.
Proceed to next
step

Perform the Injector SPCS learning through Diagnostic /
Service tool. Is SPCS learning Successful?
Go to Next step
Re-perform the
learning by
achieving all initial
conditions required
for SPCS learning
(which will be given
in Service Tool). If
still SPCS learning
is not getting
performed than
replace injector and
try the process
again.

ead the DTC’s and check if P2A8 DTC is still present
No Actions. Call the
EMS Supplier Local
representative for
further actions
Issue resolved,
Handover the
vehicle back to
customer
DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer):
1. Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly up with different vehicle speeds.
2. Confirm that there are no errors logged by EMS before handing over the vehicle back to customer
