Trouble Shooting:

Check sensor connections for rust dirt etc

Follow rectification

if faulty.

Check whether the EMS ecu pin 76 is short circuited to

Battery Supply.

Go to Next Step

Follow rectification

process of

concerned sensor

if faulty

Check with diagnostic tool if the sensor supply voltage

lies in between 4.75 V to 5.35

Go to Next Step

Check battery

voltage also check

If fault still persists

Call Hot Line

Repeat above

procedure for

reconfirmation

DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer):

x

Visually check the initial pre check at ignition ON for MIL & CEL

x

Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly-up with different vehicle speeds also

x

If error present, then rectify the errors. Confirm that there are no errors present in EMS before handing over

vehicle to customer.
