Key off and wait for 30 sec and key on, check for reappearance of the DTC.

Check faults related to SPC / SPCI disable: P0115, P0112, P0113, P1171, P1172, P1173, P1174, P0237, P0238,
P1235, P1236, P0263, P0272, P0266, P0269, P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204, P1201, P1202, P1203, P1204,
P0192, P0193, P0191, P0194, P0500. If present, rectify them by following their rectification procedure.
Trouble Shooting:

Cross check I3C values of Injector cylinder 2 (20-digit alpha
numeric value printed on the injector) against I3C value
feed fed in the ECU. Are they matching?
Go to next step
Re-write the I3C
value of Injector 1
as per the sticker
on Injector 1.

Perform the Injector cylinder 2 actuator test. Is the test
successful
Go to step 3
Some problem in
Wiring harness
connections.
Rectify them as per
the schematic

Check faults related to SPC / SPCI disable: P0115, P0112,
P0113, P1171, P1172, P1173, P1174, P0237, P0238,
P1235, P1236, P0263, P0272, P0266, P0269, P0201,
P0202, P0203, P0204, P1201, P1202, P1203, P1204,
P0192, P0193, P0191, P0194, P0500. Are they present?
Rectify them by
following their
rectification
procedure
Go to Next Step
4
Perform the SPCS learning of Injectors.
Go to Step 5

Is there any physical damage to Injector connector / ECU
Connector
Replace the
respective
connectors
Go to next step

If the fault still persists
Call Hot Line
Repeat the above
procedure for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer):

Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly up with different vehicle speeds.
x
Confirm that there are no errors logged by EMS before handing over the vehicle back to customer
