Characteristics of temperature Sensor:
Resistance vs Temperature Characteristics
Stand Alone Diagnosis of Sensor:
1. Give 5V Power Supply to the Sensor Supply pin and Ground to the Sensor Ground Pin
2. Keep the Sensor in a pressurized environment of 50 bar.
3. Measure the Voltage between the Sensor pressure Signal Pin and Ground, it should be 2.1 Volts approx.
Check the resistance between
4. the Sensor Temperature signal pin and EMS ecu, @ Room temperature of 30 Degrees, it should be ~1080
Ohms.
