Trouble Shooting:-
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Check for any CAN bus related DTC’s.?
Rectify them by

Procedure
Go to Step 2
2.
Check for any Vehicle Speed Sensor related faults in
Instrument Cluster ECU and ABS ECU.?
Rectify them by
Following their
rectification
Procedure
Go to Step 3
3.
Check for any pin back out at EMS ECU connector or back
out at speed Sensor connector pin.
Rectify/Replace the
Connector
Go to Step 4
4.
Fault Still Persists?
Replace Vehicle
Speed Sensor. If
fault still persists
then replace Ecu
Repeat the
procedure for Fault
Confirmation
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer.
Keep the vehicle in Neutral, crank the Engine and press the Accelerator pedal hard. If Engine speed crosses 3000
RPM then confirm that fault is rectified.
