Trouble Shooting:-
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO

Are any of faults – P0201,P0261, P0262 appears
Follow their
respective
rectification
procedure and
rectify those faults
Go to Step 2
2. Are any of following faults appears – P0351, P0352, P0353
Follow their
respective
rectification
procedure and
rectify those faults
Go to step 3
3
Are Ignition Coil A, HT Cables, Spark plugs properly
functional
Rectify/Replace the
faulty Components
Go to step 4

Faulty/Clogged Injector cylinder 1?
Replace/Clean
Injectors
Go to step 5
5
Compression Pressure Low?
Rectify the faulty
component
Go to Step 6

Improper Valve Clearance?
Rectify according to
specification
Go to step 7

Improper Valve Timing?
Correct valve timing
through calibration
Go to Step 8

Any faults related to Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
or faulty Sensor?
Rectify/Replace
Sensor
Go to Step 9

Is EMS ecu connector tight?
Go to step 10
Refit the connector
tightly
10 If fault still persists?
Replace the EMS
ecu
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer.
Recheck the fault, fault shall not reappear.
