This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 1 Remove HC 1003 and HC 1008 HV PDU connectors Check continuity between HC1003 Pin 2 to HC 1008 Pin 1 Go to step 2 DC-DC Converter HV Fuse is blown Action: Replace F5 fuse 2 Checking of HC 1008 Connector Check continuity between either HC 1008 Connector +ve to shield or HC 1008 Connector -ve to shield Short circuit in HV connector. Action: Replace HV connector No problem in HC 1008 Connector Go to step 3 3 Checking for HV cable continuity Check the continuity from PDU HC 1008 female connector on WH side and HC1012 connector both terminals No problem in HV cable Go to step 4 Problem in HV Cable Action: Replace HV Cable 4 Remove the HV connector from DCDC side HC 1012 Check continuity between either HC 1012 +ve to shield or HC 1012 -ve to shield Short circuit happened in HC 1012 Connector. Action: Replace HC 1012 connector Problem is in DC-DC converter Refer the DC-DC converter Troubleshooting Document for more details 2a. Check if LV Connector of Compressor is connected properly. Also check for pin backout or connector damage of LV Connectors. 2b. Difference of Compressor HV voltage and HV Battery voltage Initial turn off to be followed are following 1. Turn off Ignition off 2. Remove LV battery terminal 3. Remove MSD of HV battery Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No
