This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 1 Remove HC 1003 and HC 1006 HV PDU connectors Check continuity between HC1003 Pin 2 to HC 1006 Pin 1 Go to step 2 Compressor HV Fuse is blown Action: Replace F3 fuse 2 Checking of HC 1006 Connector Check continuity between either HC 1006 Connector +ve to shield or HC 1006 Connector -ve to shield Short circuit in HV connector. Action: Replace HV connector No problem in HC 1006 Connector Go to step 3 3 Checking for HV cable continuity Check the continuity from PDU HC 1006 female connector on WH side and HC1017 connector both terminals No problem in HV cable Go to step 4 Problem in HV Cable Action: Replace HV Cable 4 Remove the HV connector HC 1017 from Compressor side Check continuity between either HC 1017 +ve to shield or HC 1017 -ve to shield Short circuit happened in HC 1017 Connector. Action: Replace HC 1017 connector Problem is in Compressor Refer the Compressor Troubleshooting Document for more details DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure that DTC is not present in VCU memory using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
