P3085 - 68: - E-drive MCU Level 3 Fault CAN signal received by VECU - event information ISO Code P3085 - 68 Customer Symptom Vehicle will not be drivable Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle will not be drivable since no torque will be delivered when E-drive gives level 3 fault. If vehicle is in running condition, it will go from Drive/sports/reverse to Neutral. Vehicle may not crank in the next Ignition cycle if this error is in confirmed state. Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical lamp Blinking Fault Detection Condition Traction system will not develop any torque as MCU signals level 3 fault Normal Operating Condition Traction system will develop torque as required Probable Trouble Area E-drive system, E-drive connectors, HV and LV wiring harness connected to E-drive system (refer E-drive trouble shooting document for more information) Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory. Component Details: E-drive system produces Torque as commanded by the VECU over CAN. In case of E-drive fault, the fault is communicated via CAN message to VECU. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections to VCU. 2. Connect service tool and read the following parameter. For this DTC, parameter value will be read 3.
