Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Connect service tool to the vehicle Read VECU DTCs if P308568 is present in confirmed state Go to Step 2 - 2 Read MCU (E-drive controller) DTCs which are in confirmed state Check if there are any MCU DTCs in confirmed or Memorized state Refer MCU DTC Troubleshooting document for details - DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure that DTC is not present in VCU memory using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
