P304B - 09: - HV fuse of MCU -Component Failures Overview: ISO Code P304B - 09 Customer Symptom HV Critical Alert Tell-tale is seen blinking on cluster. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle will not be driveable. If vehicle is in running condition, it will go from Drive to Neutral. Air conditioning will be disabled. Vehicle may not crank in the next Ignition cycle if this error is in confirmed state Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical lamp is Blinking on the cluster Fault Detection Condition Vehicle cannot be drivable Normal Operating Condition Vehicle can be drivable Probable Trouble Area HV cables PDU HV connector Inside PDU E drive HV connector Healing Condition NA Component Details: HV fuse is blown to interrupt the High voltage circuit current in case of an overcurrent condition. Preliminary Checks: • Check for loose connection of HV cables between PDU to E Drive • Check for damage to HV cables between PDU to E drive • Visually inspect PDU for damage Trouble Shooting: - 1. Check if DTC U1322 – 08 Lost communication with BMS is present. If yes then first resolve that DTC. 2. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No
