This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 1 Check for any loose connection between PDU to E drive Check if HV connectors are fitted properly, No terminal backout Problem is not with PDU to E drive cable fitment Go to step 2 Problem is due to PDU to E drive cable not connected/ loose connected Action: Connect PDU side and E drive side connectors again and make sure primary and secondary locks get engaged 2 Remove PDU cover to check MCU fuse Check continuity between E drive fuse F6 :200A No problem in E drive fuse inside PDU Go to Step 3 HV fuse for E compressor inside PDU is blown Action: replace the E compressor fuse inside PDU / replace complete PDU 3 Remove PDU side and E drive side HV connector of PDU to E drive cable Check if there is continuity between PDU and E drive pins (HC1010 and HC1011) No problem in the cable between PDU to E drive cable Go to step 3 Issue is with PDU to E compressor cable Action: replace PDU to E drive cable DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure that DTC is not present in VCU memory using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
