P301E - 13: - Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM - circuit open Overview: ISO Code P301E:13 Customer Symptom HV Critical Alert Tell-tale is seen blinking on cluster. Charging will be disabled. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle will not be driveable and will go from Drive to Neutral. Air conditioning and charging will be disabled. Vehicle will not be allowed to crank in the next Ignition cycle if the fault is active. Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical lamp Blinking on Cluster Fault Detection Condition Vehicle HVIL PWM signal is not detected by VCU when PDU cover is closed all vehicle high voltage connections are intact and the LV service disconnect is also engaged. Normal Operating Condition During normal operating condition VCU senses PWM signal on pin C776B-56 Probable Trouble Area LV wiring Harness, PDU LV connector, Inside PDU, Powertrain VCU connector, HV battery LV connector, Inside HV battery, E-drive LV connector, Inside E-drive, Air compressor LV connector, Inside Air compressor, On Board Charger LV connector, Inside On Board Charger, DC DC converter LV connector, inside DC DC converter Healing Condition After rectification of fault, turn ignition OFF. Lock the vehicle and allow VECU to go to sleep. Ensure that no door is open and Vehicle key is not in vicinity of vehicle (If vehicle is not locked/ door is open, VECU will not go to sleep) Wait for 5 min and then turn ignition ON for further check. VECU sleep cycle is important to clear this critical fault from VECU memory Component Details:
