Check these VECU parameter value to diagnose the root cause of fault on vehicle • Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between VCU and PDU LV connector • Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between VCU and PDU LV connector • Check if PDU cover is fitted properly • Check if all HV connectors are connected to PDU • Check if there is galvanic corrosion observed on HV connectors (especially High Voltage battery HV connector) Galvanic corrosion means green colour substance deposition is seen on inner contact surface of HV connectors. (It is not like normal corrosion observed as reddish brown on metal) • Visually inspect PDU for damage • Check if all HV connectors are connected to HV battery • Visually inspect HV battery for damage • Check if all HV connectors are connected to E-drive • Visually inspect E-drive for damage • Check if all HV connectors are connected to Air compressor • Visually inspect Air compressor for damage • Check if all HV connectors are connected to On Board Charger • Visually inspect On Board Charger for damage • Check if all HV connectors are connected to DC DC converter • Visually inspect DC DC converter for damage Trouble Shooting: - Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Connect the service tool and read VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value Check if Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 0 Short to ground is present in the HVIL circuit Go to step 2 2. Connect the service tool and read VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value Check if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 100 and PDU HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle value is 50 Short to battery present in the HVIL circuit after PDU (Power Distribution Unit) Short to battery present in the HVIL circuit Go to step 3
