Go to Step 21 Problem is AC compressor to OBC wiring harness Action: Change AC compressor to OBC LV connector wiring harness 21 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Problem may be in VCU sensing circuit Problem is AC compressor to OBC wiring harness Action: Change AC compressor to OBC LV connector wiring harness 22 Remove On Board Charger (OBC) side LV connector Check for HVIL continuity between C781-D4 and C781-C4 of On Board Charger (OBC) (on OBC side LV connector) No problem in HVIL wiring of On Board Charger (OBC) Go to Step 23 On Board Charger (OBC) inside HVIL is broken. Action: Check if OBC HV connector is connected Still problem persists replace OBC 23. Remove On Board Charger (OBC) side LV connector On On Board Charger (OBC) side LV connector check continuity of pin C781-D4to chassis ground if the VECU parameter Vehicle HVIL Sense PWM dutycycle Replace On Board Charger (OBC) side LV connector Go to step 24
