Go to Step 25 Problem is DC DC converter to OBC wiring harness Action: Change DC DC converter to OBC LV connector wiring harness 25 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Problem may be in VCU sensing circuit Problem is DC DC converter to OBC wiring harness Action: Change DC DC converter to OBC LV connector wiring harness 26 Remove DC DC converter side LV connector Check continuity between C492-3 and C492-6 (on DC-DC side LV connector) No problem in HVIL wiring of DC DC converter Go to Step 21 DC DC converter (OBC) inside HVIL is broken, internal wiring issue Action: Check if DC-DC HV connector is connected Still problem persists replace DC-DC
